A time i had to stand up for myself

A time I had to stand up for myself. It sticks with me to this day it lingers in me. Is when staff found out about my personal beliefs in school when I went to Mckay High School. Not going to say my beliefs that's why I said personal. But Salem Keizer School District tried to make me change my image and I stood my ground and won. But look where I am today over judgemental freaks. That made me even stronger and learn how to stand up for myself. From that day I noticed I don't let people get to me and walk on me. You can say I grew a backbone.
